Seventy years in Castro Valley
- 1956
Lon and Barny Adams, father and son, open Adams & Adams Real Estate in Castro Valley. Barny later serves as president of the local Real Estate Board and of the California State Association of Realtors.
- 1968
The firm designs and builds its own home office, Colonial Square, on Castro Valley Boulevard, later selected as an outstanding design for a real estate operation.
- 1984
Max Morris joins the firm.
- 1985
Adams Adams & Morris, Inc. is incorporated in January. Max expands the commercial investment and property management sides of the business.
- 2000–2020
Max serves as Commissioner on the Alameda County Airport Land Use Commission, alongside board service with the Castro Valley Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club.
- Today
Max Morris is President and in the office daily. The firm manages residential, commercial and industrial property and brokers sales and 1031 exchanges across the East Bay.

Walk-in office
2516 San Carlos Avenue, between Stanton Avenue and Park Way. Monday through Friday, 8:30 to 5:00. Owners and tenants are welcome to stop in.
